    With the Holidays approaching, I’d like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I understand that your job requires little in the way of a break but I hope that you’ll find some time to celebrate with family and friends.

    This issue Keith Fraser is our cover star, Keith, is currently the only black superintendent in the force and has spent his entire career blazing trails, he believes that diversity among officer ranks is crucial in order to police effectively and is encouraging young people from ethnic and minority communities to follow in his footsteps. 

    We’d like to wish Keith a very long and happy retirement!

    This issue we have the heart-warming story of how British Airways reunited an officer and her wife, Essex Police and their pioneering work with The Dogs Trust helping victims of domestic abuse and a kind hearted Nottinghamshire Police Officer who helped raise more than £3000 for Nottingham Children’s Hospital Big Appeal.
